miRInform contains many data-rich interactive graphics, such as PCA plots, MA plots, and volcano plots, which show p-value and fold change between two groups for all miRNAs. Color and spot diameter add information about mean expression level and percent detected, respectively in static plots. Validated Sanger content is hot linked to the Sanger miRBase.
